Unleash Your Organization’s Creativity with Design Thinking
We often hear from leaders, “How can we drive innovation to make our business sustainable?”
The answer lies in unleashing your people’s creativity, and enabling them to become problem solvers and innovators.
Innovation = Creativity Realized
Creativity isn’t just for artists and designers; your employees can be creative in whatever their work roles may be. Creativity is a teachable, learnable skill. With the proper tools, training, and processes, everyone can raise their creative thinking and innovation abilities.
We think of creativity as a process for solving problems

Design Thinking Workshops
We offer customized design thinking workshops targeted at organizations sized $500 million and above who are serious about committing to change and innovation. We teach tools and methodologies based on the design thinking principles of concept development, applied creativity, prototyping, and experimentation.
We focus on getting people collaborating and solving problems right away. People often believe that they aren’t creative and can be intimidated by the thought that they must be creative. The truth is, everyone has their own style of creativity. That’s why we help participants understand their own style and offer a safe environment in our workshops to enable them to channel their individual creativity.
End-user focused
We ask program participants to gather information beforehand so they can begin the workshop with a better understanding of the problem or challenge to be addressed during the sessions.
During the workshop, we employ tools such as persona maps, which enable workshop participants to set aside their own preconceptions and focus on end user needs. Other tools including stakeholder and journey maps engage participants in the end user experience more thoroughly, so they can identify opportunities for creating a better experience.
Once opportunities are identified, we facilitate ideation sessions, to define potential solutions. We may also use storyboarding or role playing to map out the redesigned user experience. The goal here is to quickly develop what is known as “the good enough” prototype. By workshop’s end, program participants identify next action steps, a plan for implementation, and accountabilities.
